Throughout our website, Homeland provides links to third-party websites in order to provide additional goods, services or information to our customers.  Any personal information or Homeland-specific information (such as your Homeland One Card number) that you provide when accessing a third party website is subject to that third party's privacy policy.  Homeland is not responsible for information you provide directly to a third party.  If you register for or use such third party websites, both Homeland and the third party may receive information collected in conjunction with the use of the websites as described in the privacy policy on those websites.

The security of your personal information is very important to us.  When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).  Once we receive the data it is immediately re-encrypted prior to storage.  By default, payment card data is permanently destroyed within 91 days of submission.  We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
